Research on Medical Insurance Operation Management System Based on Transaction Log CDC

• 摘要：目的:实现基于事务日志CDC的医保运营管理系统研究,满足医疗机构对医保运营管理的需求,提高运营效率。方法:将医院的临床、管理等数据汇聚,通过业务系统数据库事务日志CDC技术进行同步,进一步形成医保运营管理数据集,对数据进行标准化和结构化存储；并构建医保运营管理系统,划分为收入相关指标应用、医保支付费用相关指标应用和DRG相关指标应用,可以实现医保运营指标的个性化定制。结果:该系统实现了医保数据的整合和统一,降低了医院运营成本,提高了医保管理效率和质量,为医疗机构的医保决策制定提供了数据支持。

  Abstract: Objective:To research a medical insurance operation management system based on transaction log CDC, meet the needs of medical institutions for medical insurance operation management, and improve operational efficiency. Method: The clinical and management data of the hospital are aggregated and synchronized through the business system database transaction log CDC technology to further form a medical insurance operation management dataset. The data is standardized and structured for storage; And build a medical insurance operation management system, divided into income related indicator applications, medical insurance payment related indicator applications, and DRG related indicator applications, which can achieve personalized customization of medical insurance operation indicators. Results: The system achieved the integration and unification of medical insurance data, reduced hospital operating costs, improved medical insurance management efficiency and quality, and provided data support for medical institutions medical insurance decision-making.
