Systematic Evaluation of Qualitative Research on the Demand of Community Home-based Elderly Care Services

• 摘要：目的 系统评价老年人社区居家养老服务需求。方法 检索PubMed,Web of Science和中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库,收集与老年人社区居家养老服务需求相关的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2024年10月31日。运用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对纳入文献的质量进行评价。采用汇集性整合方法进行结果整合和归纳。结果 本研究共纳入16篇质性研究,提炼出6个主题,共17个类别:日常基本需求(生活照料服务,健康管理服务)；医疗服务需求(医疗保健服务,政府提供服务,中医养生,上门医疗服务,远程医疗)；(内在需求(精神支持,心理慰藉,情感支持)；社会互动需求(公益活动,自我实现)；精准化服务需求(个性化需求,多元化服务)；正式和非正式支持需求(经济补贴与援助,法律援助,信息获取与处理)。 结论 老年人社区居家养老服务需求具有多层次、个性化特征,需要建立“互联网+”以需求为导向的居家社区养老服务体系,鼓励发展多元合作(政府-社会-医疗)社区居家养老服务模式。

  Abstract: Objective To systematically evaluate the elderly community home care services. Methods In this study,a systematic search of Web of Science,PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and CBM for relevant qualitative studies was conducted from inception to FOctober 31,2024. The Joanna Briggs Institutes Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies was performed to evaluate the quality of included qualitative studies. The results of the original qualitative studies were synthesized through a pooled integration approach. Results A total of 16 qualitative studies were finally included,and 6 themes with 17 categories were distilled,including daily basic needs (life care services, health management services); medical services (healthcare services, government services, TCM health care, door-to-door medical services, telemedicine); (internal needs (spiritual support, psychological comfort, emotional support); social interaction needs (public welfare activities, self-realization); precise service needs (personalized needs, diversified services); formal and informal support needs (economic subsidies and assistance, legal aid, information acquisition and processing). Conclusion The elderly populations demand for community-based home care services is both diverse and tailored to individual needs. Therefore, it is essential to establish an Internet Plus home-based community elderly care service system that is demand-driven, and to foster the development of a multi-dimensional, collaborative model of community home elderly care services that involves government, society, and healthcare sectors.
