Design and application of comprehensive geriatric assessment management system

• 摘要：目的/意义 开发一款信息化系统，协助医护人员高效完成老年综合评估和慢病管理工作。方法/过程 依托老年综合评估技术，结合临床需求，设计并开发老年综合评估管理系统，评价其临床应用效果。结果/结论 该系统操作简单，性能稳定，准确率高，实用性强，提高了医护人员的工作效率，实现了对老年人群个性化、全方位的综合评估及健康管理，在医疗、教学和科研工作中发挥重要作用。

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance To develop an information system that assists clinical medical staff to efficiently complete the comprehensive geriatric assessment and chronic disease management. Method/Process Based on geriatric comprehensive assessment technology and clinical needs, the comprehensive geriatric assessment management system was independently designed and developed, and its clinical application effect was evaluated. Result/Conclusion The system has the advantages of simple operation, stable performance, high accuracy and practicability, which improves the working efficiency and satisfaction of medical staff, realizes personalized and all-round health management of the elderly, and plays an important role in medical, teaching, and research work.
