Visual analysis of Chinese medicine treatment of bone tuberculosis based on bibliometrics and knowledge mapping

• 摘要：目的:基于 VOSviewer 和 CiteSpace 等软件梳理中医药治疗骨结核领域的研究现状,预测该领域的未来研究趋势,为今后中医药治疗骨结核方面的研究提供思路。方法　收集 1956年 1月 1日—2024年6月 30日中国知网、维普网、万方医学网网站内中医药治疗骨结核的相关文献。运用 Excel构建该领域年发文量统计图；应用VOSviewer、CiteSpace绘制文献的作者、机构及关键词图谱并对结果行分析总结。结果:共纳入文献256篇,该领域.发文量总体呈稳定增长态势；其中核心作者27名,以陈其义为代表；研究机构 219家,以南京市中西医结合医院最为高产,为9篇；出现频率≥5的关键词有20个,涉及 7个聚类标签、15个突现词。结论:该领域相关研究整体呈渐进演化趋势,尚处于发展和探索的关键期；目前中药复方联合化疗、手术干预的临床研究居多,但其方法学质量有待提高；中医诊治共识及指南尚未形成；基础研究探索起步较晚；中医药与现代医学手段联合治疗的优化方案将成为未来研究热点。

  Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To sort out the current research status in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of bone tuberculosis (TB) based on software such as VOSviewer and CiteSpace, and to predict the future research trends in this field, so as to provide ideas for future research in TCM treatment of TB. Methods Literature related to TCM treatment of bone tuberculosis was collected from 1 January 1956 to 30 June 2024 from the websites of China Knowledge Network (CNN), Wipo.com, Wanfang.com, PubMed, WOS, and Embase. Excel was used to construct a statistical chart of annual publications in this field; VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to map the authors, institutions and Keywords of the literature, and the results were analysed and summarised. RESULTS: A total of 256 articles were included in this field. There were 27 core authors, represented by Chen Qiyi; 219 research institutions, with Nanjing Hospital of Integrative Medicine being the most prolific, with 9 articles; there were 20 Keywords with a freq
