Exploration on the construction of smart clinic based on Xinchuang Technology

• 摘要：随着国家智慧医院建设工作的不断推进,智慧医疗信息安全共享、互联互通项目的建设,迫切需要实现卫生健康信息系统可信安全保障的自主可控。我院作为长沙市基于安全可控的智慧医疗深化试点项目建设医院,聚焦利用信息技术建设高质量互联网医院,推进自主可控技术应用于医疗健康行业及软件服务,完善医疗质量管理与控制体系来组建智慧门诊+互联网医院。通过智慧门诊和互联网医院系统化的建设,形成新型线上线下一体化的医疗服务模式,将信息技术应用融合于医疗服务中,提升医疗服务标准,优化患者就诊流程,显著提高医院工作效率,达到“惠医、惠民、惠管”多方共赢的效果。

  Abstract: With the continuous advancement of the construction of the national smart hospital, the construction of smart medical information security sharing and interconnection projects, it is urgent to realize the independent control of the trusted security guarantee of the health information system. As the construction Hospital of Changsha smart medical deepening pilot project based on safety and controllability, our hospital focuses on building high-quality Internet hospital by using information technology, promoting the application of independent and controllable technology in medical and health industry and software services, and improving medical quality management and control system to establish smart outpatient + Internet hospital. Through the systematic construction of intelligent outpatient service and Internet hospital, a new online and offline integrated medical service model is formed, the application of information technology is integrated into medical services, the medical service standards are improved, the patient treatment process is optimized, the hospital work efficiency is significantly improved, and the win-win effect of benefiting doctors, people and management is achieved.
