Research on the Application of Knowledge Graph in Medical Aided Diagnosis

• 摘要：知识图谱的结构化、关联化使知识的共享和利用能力大大提高。尤其在知识快速更新的医疗诊断领域，知识图谱技术将很好地缓解临床医生的记忆和分析压力。本文概述了医学知识图谱的基本知识，从内容和技术上总结当前知识图谱的构建现状，并从辅助影像诊断、医学决策支持、药物发现和推荐、个性化健康服务、辅助大型传染病防控五个方面梳理了近年来知识图谱在辅助医学诊断中的主要应用，最后提出了目前知识图谱构建存在的一些问题。

  Abstract: The structure and relevance of the knowledge graph greatly improve the ability of knowledge sharing and utilization. Especially in the field of medical diagnosis where knowledge is rapidly updated, knowledge graph technology will well relieve the pressure of memory and analysis of clinicians. This article outlines the basic knowledge of the medical knowledge graph, summarizes the current status of construction from the content and technology, and discusses the main applications of knowledge graph in auxiliary medical diagnosis in recent years, including assisted imaging diagnosis, medical decision support, drug discovery and recommendation, personalized health services, and assistance in the prevention and control of large-scale infectious diseases. Finally, some problems in the current knowledge graph construction are put forward.
