Construction on Diagnosis-related Group Medical Knowledge Graphs

• 摘要：疾病诊断相关分组（Diagnosis-related Group, DRG）和医学知识图谱（Medical Knowledge Graphs，MKG）是近年国内外研究的热点。本文对构建基于DRG医学知识图谱进行全面解析，首次将DRG与医学知识图谱融合，构建基于DRG的医学图谱知识库（DRG-MKG），丰富医学知识图谱内容，扩展医学知识图谱应用。利用DRG-MKG库优化DRG分组器，为基于DRG的绩效考核和医保支付改革提供技术支持。构建基于DRG-MKG的健康宣教和辅助诊断决策系统，对于我国DRG的推广应用和医学知识图谱的应用具有重要意义。

  Abstract: The diagnosis related group (DRG) and medical knowledge graphs (mkg) are the hot spots of research at home and abroad in recent years. In this paper, the construction of DRG based medical knowledge map was comprehensively analyzed. DRG and medical knowledge map were integrated for the first time, and drg-mkg was constructed to enrich the content of medical knowledge map and expand the application of medical knowledge map. Drg-mkg library is used to optimize DRG grouping device to provide technical support for DRG based performance appraisal and medical insurance payment reform. The construction of drg-mkg based health education and assistant diagnosis decision-making system is of great significance for the promotion and application of DRG and the application of medical knowledge map in China.
