An Intelligent Nursing Scheduling Management System Based on Answer Set Programming

• 摘要：护理排班在病区管理中占有很重要的位置，关系到护士的上班体验、病区人力资源配置的合理性和医院整体患者满意度。针对目前的护理排班操作繁琐不够智能化的问题，本文提出一种基于回答集编程的智能化护理排班管理系统的方案，并结合本院实际情况对方案的效率和实用性进行了验证。结果证明，本方案可在给出一个合理排班的基础上，较大程度地缩短护士长排班的时间，具有不错的推广价值。

  Abstract: Nursing scheduling occupies a very important position in ward management, which is related to the nurse’s working experience, the rationality of the ward’s human resources allocation and the overall patient satisfaction of the hospital. Aiming at the problem of cumbersome and insufficiently intelligent nursing scheduling operations, this paper proposes a solution for an intelligent nursing scheduling management system based on answer set programming, and verifies the efficiency and practicability of the program based on the actual situation of the hospital. The results prove that this scheme can greatly shorten the schedule of head nurses on the basis of a reasonable schedule, and has a good promotion value.
