Practice and Thinking of Space Reengineering and Services Transformation in Hospital Library

• 摘要：文章从案例分析的角度,阐述重庆医科大学附属第一医院图书馆如何在新时代环境下围绕阅览环境、馆藏布局和个性化阅读空间进行空间再造；以及如何通过嵌入护理科研、融入医院学科发展、打造阅读推广品牌、支撑管理与决策和整合“融媒体”等方式,参与医院的医疗、教学、科研和管理工作,促成服务转型；并从注重顶层设计、夯实发展基础、优化用户体验这三个方面总结空间再造与服务转型的经验,以期为同类医院图书馆提供理论模式与实现路径的借鉴,也为医院图书馆精准服务发展提供方向指引。

  Abstract: Based on the analysis of case experience, the article explains how The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University Library recreates the space from the reading environment, collection layout and personalized reading space. And the article explains how to participate in hospital medical, teaching, research and management work to promote the service transformation, by embedding nursing research, integrating into the development of hospital disciplines, building reading promotion brands, supporting management and decision-making, and integrating media. The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University Library pays attention to top-level design, lays a solid foundation for development, and optimizes user experience in space reengineering and service transformation. These successful experiences provide theoretical references and practical paths for industry peers. It also provides a reference for the precise service development of hospital libraries.
