Dilemmas and Countermeasures for the Commercialization of Scientific and Technological Achievement in Research-Oriented Hospitals

• 摘要：研究型医院普遍面临成果转化率偏低问题，大量具有临床价值的成果未能有效走向市场。本文梳理了制约成果转化的困境，包括政策衔接与落地问题，内部管理体系与专业能力缺失，主体意识与信息壁垒，资金投入不足与转化风险高昂。在此基础上，提出了四方面优化对策—建立健全制度保障体系，构建专业化管理与运营体系，强化源头培育与全流程服务，拓展融资渠道与构建创新生态，旨在促进研究型医院合规高效转化，让创新成果更早惠及患者。

  Abstract: As the core incubators of medical innovation, research-oriented hospitals are currently facing a persistently low rate of translational outcomes. Numerous research achievements with substantial clinical value fail to reach the market or enter clinical application.This review identifies the key dilemmas constraining translational research, including fragmented policy coordination and poor implementation, inadequate internal management systems and shortage of professional capabilities, weak translational awareness of researchers and persistent information barriers, and insufficient funding coupled with? high translational risks. Accordingly, four targeted optimization strategies are put forward: refinement of the institutional guarantee system, establishment of a professional management and operation mechanism, strengthened source-oriented cultivation and full-process supporting services, and expansion of financing channels to foster an innovation ecosystem. This review aims to promote compliant and efficient technology transfer in research hospitals, enabling innovative diagnostic techniques, drugs, and medical devices to benefit patients earlier and enhance clinical service capabilities.
