Value on thromboelastography and coagulation function indexes for the evaluation of intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy

• 摘要：目的:探讨血栓弹力图(thromboelastogram,TEG)及凝血功能指标在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)患者中的变化,寻找评估ICP患者病情的有效指标。方法:选取2023年2月至2024年1月本院收治分娩的76例ICP患者纳入观察组,另随机选取同期分娩的80例子健康孕妇纳入对照组。比较观察组与对照组孕妇血栓弹力图及凝血功能指标水平。采用Pearson相关性分析血栓弹力图及凝血功能指标与ICP患者病情严重程度的关系。结果:观察组 α角、最大振幅(MA)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)； α角、MA值、FIB、D-二聚体水平与ICP患者病情严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:ICP患者 α角、MA值、FIB、D-二聚体水平存在明显异常,有助于对ICP患者病情严重程度进行评估。

  Abstract: Objective. To investigate how thromboelastography (TEG) and coagulation function indexes change in gravida with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy（ICP）in order to find effective indicators of ICP.Methods. From February 2023 to January 2024,76 pregnant women with ICP who delivered their babies in our hospital (Jiaxing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital) （observation group ） and other 80 randomly selected healthy subjects (control group)were enrolled in the study. The thromboelastography and coagulation function indexes from two groups were compared. The correlation of thromboelastography and coagulation function indexes between the severity of ICP were analyzed in the way of Pearson correlation.Results. The levels of α Angle,maximum amplitude (MA) , fibrinogen (FIB) and D-dimer (D-D) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.（P<0.05）The α Angle,MA value,FIB,D-D were positively correlative with the severity of ICP (P<0.05).Conclusion. The thromboelastography and coagulation function indexes examined on patients with ICP were obviously abnormal which can be used to help evaluate the severity of ICP.
