Research progress on sarcopenia and imaging evaluation related to musculoskeletal system diseases

• 摘要：肌少症作为一种与年龄相关的进行性骨骼肌量减少、肌力下降及功能减退的综合征，在骨骼肌肉系统疾病患者中具有高发性，且与疾病的发生、发展及预后关系密切。影像学检查是诊断肌少症的重要方法。本文旨在对骨骼肌肉系统疾病与肌少症的相互关系及相关影像学评估的研究进展进行综述。

  Abstract: Sarcopenia, as a syndrome of age-related progressive reduction in skeletal muscle mass, muscle strength, and function, has a high incidence in patients with musculoskeletal disorders, and is closely related to the occurrence, development, and prognosis of the disease. Imaging technology is an important method for diagnosing sarcopenia. This article aims to review the research progress on the relationship between musculoskeletal system diseases and sarcopenia, as well as related imaging evaluations.
