Advances in Family Management and Innovative Intervention Strategies for Pediatric Asthma

• 摘要：哮喘作为儿童时期最常见的慢性气道炎症性疾病，其家庭管理水平直接影响患儿病情控制与生活质量。本文系统梳理儿童哮喘家庭管理的核心维度，总结出当前家庭管理仍存在认知断层、环境冲突等多方面挑战，分析了多种创新干预模式的应用与成效以及存在的现实局限，旨在为规范我国哮喘儿童的家庭管理实践及临床研究提供参考。

  Abstract: Asthma is the most common chronic inflammatory airway disease in childhood, and the quality of family management plays a pivotal role in determining disease control and the child’s overall quality of life. This article provides a systematic review of the core dimensions of family management in pediatric asthma, examines the application and effectiveness of various innovative intervention models, and summarizes the persistent challenges—including gaps in caregiver knowledge and conflicts within the home environment. The aim is to offer evidence-based insights to support standardized family management practices and guide future clinical research on pediatric asthma in China.
