A Preliminary Analysis of the Therapeutic Experience in Treating Erectile Dysfunction from a Hepatic Perspective.

• 摘要：勃起功能障碍是男科门诊最常见的疾病之一，邹如政教授经过多年临床经验，总结出从肝论治勃起功能障碍的中医诊疗思路，认为肝失疏泄为其基本病机，常合并湿热、血瘀、肾虚致病，治疗上以疏肝为主，在辨证的基础上以清利湿热、活血化瘀、补肾填精为辅，疗效显著。文章结合验案，探讨邹教授治疗勃起功能障碍的经验，以期对临床实践有所裨益。

  Abstract: Erectile dysfunction represents one of the most frequently encountered conditions in andrology clinics. Based on years of clinical practice, Professor Zou Ruzheng has developed a Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic and therapeutic approach that treats erectile dysfunction from the perspective of liver system regulation. He posits that impaired liver Qi dispersion constitutes the fundamental pathogenesis, often complicated by damp-heat, blood stasis, and kidney deficiency. The therapeutic strategy primarily focuses on dispersing liver Qi, supplemented by clearing damp-heat, activating blood circulation to resolve stasis, and tonifying the kidney to replenish essence according to syndrome differentiation, achieving notable clinical efficacy. This article, complemented by case studies, explores Professor Zous experience in treating erectile dysfunction, aiming to provide valuable insights for clinical practice.
