摘要:目的/意义 总结功能性近红外光谱技术(functional near-infrared spectroscopy, fNIRS)对孤独症谱系障碍(Autism spectrum disorder, ASD)早期筛查价值的研究进展。方法/过程 检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase平台建库至今的研究。纳入利用fNIRS检测高家族风险(High Risk, HR)与低风险(Low Risk, LR)婴儿脑功能的研究。由两名研究者独立筛选文献、提取数据并评估质量,提取研究中的样本特征、刺激方式、fNIRS参数及主要结果。结果/结论共纳入9篇文献,涉及175例高家族风险的婴儿与181例无ASD家族史的低风险婴儿。研究表明,fNIRS能够有效测量大脑功能指标进而发现高低风险婴儿之间皮层、皮质激活、功能性连接、言语感知的神经相关性以及其他方面存在差异,为ASD早期筛查提供了客观依据,但未来需开展多中心、标准化研究,以明确其在ASD早期诊断中的价值。
Abstract: Purpose/Significance This study aims to summarize the research progress on the value of functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) in the early screening of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Method/Process Studies were retrieved from PubMed, Web of Science, and Embase databases from their inception to the present. The inclusion criteria were studies that utilized fNIRS to assess brain function in high-risk (HR) and low-risk (LR) infants. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data, and evaluated quality. Data regarding sample characteristics, stimulation methods, fNIRS parameters, and key findings were extracted.Result/ Conclusion A total of 9 studies were included, involving 175 high-risk infants with a family history of ASD and 181 low-risk infants without an ASD family history. The studies indicate that fNIRS can effectively measure brain functional indicators, revealing differences in cortical activation, functional connectivity, speech perception, and other neural correlates between high-risk and low-risk infants. These findings provide objective evidence for the early screening of ASD. However, future multicenter and standardized studies are needed to clarify its value in early ASD diagnosis.
