Research Progress on Acupuncture in Traditional Chinese Medicine for Generalized Anxiety Disorder

• 摘要：广泛性焦虑障碍是焦虑障碍中最常见的类型，近年发病率逐渐上升，严重影响人民生活质量，需要引起高度重视。针灸治疗焦虑症状具有独特疗效，能够明显改善患者焦虑样行为。本研究从针灸治疗广泛性焦虑的理论基础及临床应用角度切入，归纳针灸治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的中医及现代作用机制，系统梳理了其在临床治疗中单独运用及联合运用的方法与成效，以期为临床医生明晰针灸治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的多样性与优势提供参考。

  Abstract: Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is the most common type of anxiety disorders. In recent years, its incidence rate has been gradually increasing, which seriously impairs peoples quality of life and thus requires appropriate attention. Acupuncture treatment exerts unique therapeutic effects on anxiety symptoms and can significantly improve patients anxiety-like behaviors. Starting from the perspectives of the theoretical basis and clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of generalized anxiety, this study summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and modern mechanisms of action of acupuncture for GAD, and systematically sorts out the methods and effects of its single application and combined application in
