Research Advances in Clinical Treatment of Psoriasis: From Traditional Drugs to Biological Agents and Emerging Strategies

• 摘要：银屑病是一种由T淋巴细胞介导的慢性复发性炎症性系统性疾病。临床上，轻度银屑病通常可以通过局部应用药物得到控制，中重度的病例则需要结合物理治疗和系统治疗。常用于系统治疗银屑病的药物包括甲氨蝶呤、环孢素、维A酸类、糖皮质激素、硫唑嘌呤以及生物疗法等。本文综述了银屑病发病机制、治疗药物（包括传统药物、生物制剂）及新型药物递送策略的研究进展，为临床优化治疗选择提供参考。

  Abstract: Psoriasis is a chronic, relapsing, inflammatory systemic disease mediated by T lymphocytes. Clinically, mild psoriasis can usually be controlled by topical medications, while moderate-to-severe cases require a combination of physical therapy and systemic treatment. Systemic drugs commonly used for the treatment of psoriasis include methotrexate, cyclosporine, retinoids, glucocorticoids, azathioprine, and biological agents. This article reviews the research advances in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, therapeutic drugs (including traditional drugs and biological agents), and novel drug delivery strategies, providing references for optimizing clinical treatment selection.
