Exploring the Mechanism of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction in Treating Cancer-Related Insomnia Based on the Theory of “Shaoyang as the Pivot” in Traditional Chinese Medicine

• 摘要：肿瘤相关性失眠是肿瘤患者常见并发症之一，严重影响患者的生活质量。而现阶段西医治疗仍存在诸多问题尚未解决。肿瘤相关性失眠归属中医学“不寐”范畴，其内外治法各具特色。本文基于“少阳为枢”理论，结合中医经典及名家临床经验，确立了和解少阳枢机的治疗原则，探析柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗肿瘤相关性失眠的中医机制，以期为肿瘤患者临床预后提供借鉴。

  Abstract: Cancer-related insomnia is a common complication among cancer patients, significantly impairing their quality of life. Current Western medical treatments still face numerous unresolved challenges. In traditional Chinese medicine, cancer-related insomnia falls under the category of insomnia, with both internal and external treatment methods exhibiting distinct characteristics. Based on the theory of “Shaoyang as the pivotal” , this paper integrates classical TCM texts and renowned clinical experience of practitioners to establish the therapeutic principle of harmonizing the Shaoyang pivotal mechanism. It explores the TCM mechanism underlying the efficacy of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Tang in treating cancer-related insomnia, aiming to provide insights for improving clinical outcomes in cancer patients.
