Study on the Construction and Application of the Drug Knowledge Graph for Rational Drug Use

• 摘要：目的/意义 针对临床合理用药需求，构建面向合理用药的专业药物知识图谱，为临床用药决策提供准确、结构化的知识支持。方法/过程 从用药决策的关键因素切入，整合药品说明书数据，经本体细粒度建模和多维关系属性定义，采用大模型驱动的知识抽取及标准化对齐策略，构建面向合理用药的药物知识图谱，并基于RAG技术设计药物智能问答系统。结果/结论 以心血管药物为例，构建包含5215个实体、17288个关系以及9598个关系属性的药物知识图谱，重点涵盖药物不良反应和药物相互作用的多种关系属性，具有较强的专业性和实用性，为合理用药提供可靠依据。

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance In response to the clinical demand for rational drug use, to construct a professional drug knowledge graph oriented towards rational drug use, providing accurate and structured knowledge to support for clinical medication decisions. Method/Process Starting with key factors in medication decisions, we integrated the data of drug instructions, Through fine-grained ontology modeling and the definition of multi-dimensional relationship attributes, adopts the large language model-driven knowledge extraction and standardized alignment strategy to construct the drug knowledge graph, and designed an intelligent question-answering system based on RAG technology. Result/Conclusion Taking cardiovascular drugs as an example, a drug knowledge graph containing 5,215 entities, 17,288 relationships and 9,602 relationship attributes has been constructed, which focus on multiple relationship attributes of adverse drug reactions and drug interactions, demonstrating strong professional relevance and practicality, and providing a reliable basis for rational drug use.
