Application and Experience of Electrocardiogram Teaching Methods in Standardized Training of Traditional Chinese Medicine Residents in Electrocardiogram Teaching

• 摘要：心电图采集和读图分析是中医住院医师规范化培训中重点考核的临床技能之一。对于心电图的学科特殊性以及安排培训时间较短等情况,我们通过入科后明确指定带教老师,培养住院医师兴趣、提高重视程度,在多样化带教方法联合运用的基础上,结合住院医师学习的自身特点,因材施教,以心电图诊断学习为重点,重视理论与实践相结合,制定科学合理的出科考核制度,最终提升医师的读图诊断能力,为培养高素养的临床医学人才奠定基础。

  Abstract: Electrocardiogram collection and image reading analysis are one of the key clinical skills to be assessed in the standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine resident physicians.For the special characteristics of electrocardiography and the short training time, we have designated a teaching teacher after enrollment to cultivate the interest and importance of resident physicians. Based on the combination of diversified teaching methods and the characteristics of resident physician learning, we tailor teaching according to individual needs, with a focus on electrocardiographic diagnosis learning and a combination of theory and practice. We have developed a scientific and reasonable assessment system for leaving the department, ultimately improving the physicians ability to read and diagnose images and laying the foundation for cultivating high-quality clinical medical talents.
