Based on XUEBI explores combining acupuncture and medicine for the treatment of chronic urticaria

• 摘要：慢性荨麻疹是皮肤科常见的复发性过敏性疾病,笔者整理研究古籍中血痹病相关文献,结合临证实践,认为血痹病因病机与慢性荨麻疹相似,主要为“虚、邪、瘀”,结合“异病同治”思路,将血痹基本治法“养,透,通”运用于慢性荨麻疹的治疗,结合针法以增疗效,为慢性荨麻疹的中医辨治提供新参考,为中医异病同治指导现代疾病提供新思路,新方法。

  Abstract: Chronic urticaria is a common recurrent allergic disease in dermatology, the author sorted out and studied the related literature of blood arthralgia in ancient books, combined with clinical practice, and believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of blood arthralgia were similar to chronic urticaria, mainly vacuity, evil, stasis, combined with the idea of treating different diseases together, the basic treatment of blood arthralgia Yang, transparent, Tong was applied to the treatment of chronic urticaria, combined with acupuncture to increase the curative effect. It provides a new reference for TCM differentiation and treatment of chronic urticaria, and a new idea and method for TCM co-treatment of different diseases to guide modern diseases.
