Research hotspots and trends of chronic nephritis treatment based on Citespace

• 摘要：目的 利用CiteSpace软件对慢性肾炎疾病治疗相关文献进行可视化分析，以探讨该领域的热点与趋势。方法 检索中国知网数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、中国科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed数据库2010年至2024年相关文献，运用CiteSpace6.2.R4进行分析。结果 纳入中文文献8887篇，英文文献118篇；发文最多的国家、机构、作者分别是中国、辽宁中医药大学附属医院、王亿平；研究热点主要聚焦于治疗药物、临床疗效，研究趋势倾向于治疗机制。结论 增强不同发文国家、机构及作者之间的交流合作，深化慢性肾炎疾病的机制研究，将有效促进相关研究领域的进展。

  Abstract: Objective Use CiteSpace to visually analyze the literature related to the treatment of chronic nephritis so as to explore the hotspots and trends. Methods Retrieve relevant literature from 2010 to 2024 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, China Science and Technology Journal Database, China Biology Medicine disc, and PubMed database, and utilize CiteSpace 6.2.R4 for analysis. Results A total of 8887 articles in Chinese and 118 articles in English were included. The countries, institutions and authors who published most were China, the Affiliated Hospital for Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Wang Yiping; The research hotspots mainly focus on therapeutic drugs and clinical efficacy, and the research trend tends to be the treatment mechanism. Conclusion To further strengthen collaboration among different countries, institutions and authors, and to delve deeper into the mechanistic studies of chronic nephritis, will further promote advancements in related research domestically.
