Empirical Study on reading therapy based on perma model of positive psychology

• 摘要：目的/意义 针对医生职业倦怠问题日益突出的现状，尝试将PERMA理论模型引入阅读疗法实践，探究阅读疗法对改善医生职业倦怠的有效性。方法/过程 以具有职业倦怠倾向的医生为实验对象，基于PERMA模型的积极情绪（P）、投入（E）、人际关系（R）、意义（M）及成就（A）五个关键要素，构建了多维度的阅读疗法干预方案，实施为期14周的阅读干预，来改善医生职业倦怠情绪，并对干预效果进行量化评估。结果/结论基于PERMA模型的阅读疗法对医生职业倦怠的疗愈有一定效果，能降低医生的情感衰竭和情感疏远程度，提高个人成就感，增进正性情绪，但对负性情绪的改善效果不显著。

  Abstract: Purpose/SignificanceIn response to the increasingly prominent issue of doctors job burnout, this study introduces the PERMA theoretical model into reading therapy practice to explore the efficacy of reading therapy in alleviating physicians burnout. Methods/Process Targeting physicians exhibiting burnout tendencies, a multidimensional reading therapy intervention scheme was designed based on the five core elements of the PERMA model—Positive Emotion (P), Engagement (E), Relationships (R), Meaning (M), and Achievement (A). A 14-week reading intervention was implemented, employing phased intervention strategies to mitigate burnout symptoms. The outcomes were quantitatively assessed using validated effect evaluation scales. Results/ConclusionsThe reading therapy based on PERMA model had a certain effect on the treatment of doctors job burnout, which could reduce the degree of emotional exhaustion and emotional alienation, improve the sense of personal achievement, and enhance positive emotions. However, its impact on ameliorating negative emotions remains statistically insignificant.
