Summary of the scope of symptom groups in patients with heart failure

• 摘要：目的 对进行治疗的慢性心力衰竭（chronic heart failure,CHF）患者症状群相关研究进行范围综述，为CHF的治疗及管理提供参考。 方法 根据Arksey等提出的范围综述报告框架，检索Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Web of Science、PubMed 、Embase，万方、CBM、中国知网、维普9个数据库从2014年1月至2024年7月的相关文献，对文献进行筛选、提取内容并分析讨论。结果 纳入10篇，涉及的症状群较多，主要为情绪、缺血、淤血、消化道、疲倦症状群。症状群评估工具主要采用了中文版Memorial心力衰竭症状评估量表（memorial symptom assessment scale-heart failure, MSAS-HF）。结论 CHF患者症状群类型多样，且在各个疾病阶段呈现出动态变化，仍然需要加强对症状群评估工具、发生原理、规范症状群命名的研究，医护人员可对各个时期的主要的症状群进行首优护理，预先制定个性化的护理干预措施，提高临床护理的症状管理效率。

  Abstract: Abstract Objective To summarize the range of related research on symptom groups of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) and to provide reference for the treatment and management of CHF. Methods According to the framework of scope review report put forward by Arksey, the related literatures of Cochrane Library, CINAHL, Web of Science, PubMed, Embase, Wanfang, CBM, China National Knowledge Infrastructuret and VIP from January 2014 to July 2024 were searched, and the contents of the literatures were screened, extracted and analyzed. Results 10 articles were included, involving many symptom groups, mainly including mood, ischemia, congestion, digestive tract and fatigue.Symptom group assessment tool mainly adopts Chinese version of memorial symptom assessment scale-heart failure(MSAS-HF). Conclusion There are various types of symptom groups in CHF patients, and they show dynamic changes in each disease stage. It is still necessary to strengthen the research on the evaluation tools, occurrence principles and standardized naming of symptom groups. Medical staff can give first-class care to the main symptom groups in each period, formulate personalized nursing intervention measures in advance, and improve the efficiency of symptom management in clinical nursing.
