Progress in the study of the effect of intestinal microecological changes on the prognosis of elderly sepsis patients

• 摘要：脓毒症是由感染引起的全身性炎症反应，并伴随器官功能障碍的一种临床综合症，常伴有高死亡率和多种并发症。本综述阐述了肠道微生态在老年脓毒症患者中的作用机制，分析肠道菌群与脓毒症免疫、炎症反应及器官损伤的关系，以及调节肠道微生态干预措施的应用前景。研究肠道微生态的变化，不仅有助于揭示脓毒症发病和预后的潜在机制，更为优化老年脓毒症患者的治疗方案、提升患者生存质量提供了重要的理论依据和实践价值。

  Abstract: Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by infection, which is often accompanied by high mortality and multiple complications. Recent studies have shown that intestinal microecology plays a crucial role in the induction, progression and regression of sepsis. Due to the gradual decline of the immune system function and the accompanying multiple underlying diseases in the elderly population, the gut microbiota of elderly sepsis patients are more likely to undergo significant changes under the influence of multiple factors, and these changes may affect the course and prognosis of sepsis, therefore, the study of intestinal microecological changes is of great significance in improving the survival of elderly sepsis patients.
