Research and Analysis on Credibility of Internet of Things System in smart hospital

• 摘要：目的：控制和评估物联网系统各节点数据的可信度，给医护人员或数据管理者提供相关决策。方法：提出了物联网系统高效的异常检测体系架构和物联网系统可信度评估规范，引入宽恕策略计算群信任度，从而动态调整设备的可信度。结果：通过实验仿真显示在引入宽恕策略后，异常的设备在没有任何不当行为后就可提升可信度。结论：本文方法很好的评估了物联网系统的可信度，从而减轻了病人的相关风险。

  Abstract: Objective: To control and evaluate the reliability of the data of each node on the Internet of Things system, and to provide relevant decisions for healthcare workers or data managers. Methods: An efficient anomaly detection architecture and reliability evaluation specification for IoT systems are proposed, and a forgiveness strategy is introduced to calculate group trust, to dynamically adjust the reliability of devices. Results: The experimental simulation shows that after the introduction of forgiveness strategy, the abnormal equipment can improve the reliability without any misconduct. Conclusion: The method in this paper well evaluates reliability of the Internet of Things system, thus reducing the related risks for patients.
