Research on the Application of Hospital Internet Health Consultation System Based on Intelligent Guide Diagnosis

• 摘要：目的：在线健康咨询服务正成为医院数字化的建设热点,充分利用互联网技术是提升便民服务的重要手段。方法：以上海市胸科医院的互联网健康咨询系统为研究对象,通过嵌入前置智能导诊和星级评价推优等关键功能的数据对比,分析实施后的成效。结果：相关功能改造后,咨询准确率和医生回复率显著提高(p<0.001,p<0.01),患者的满意度评价有所提升(p<0.05)。结论：随着医疗大数据等人工智能的发展,依托互联网的跨地域特征,远程医疗服务势必覆盖更广泛的应用场景。

  Abstract: Objective: Online health consultation service is becoming a hot spot of hospital digitalization construction, making full use of Internet technology is an important means to improve convenience service. Methods: Taking the Internet health consultation system of Shanghai Chest Hospital as the research object, this paper compares the application data of key functions such as pre-intelligent guide diagnosis and star rating evaluation,analyzes the effectiveness of implementation. Results: After relevant function modification, consultation accuracy and doctor response rate were significantly increased (P <0.001, P <0.01), and patient satisfaction evaluation was improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: With the development of artificial intelligence such as medical big data and the cross-regional characteristics of the Internet, telemedicine services are bound to cover a wider range of application scenarios.
