    Abstract: Diabetic sweat syndrome is one of the earliest manifestations of diabetic autonomic neuropathy. It can be seen in all stages of diabetes. Traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the category of diabetes and sweat syndrome . The total number of pathogenesis is imbalance between yin and yang, disharmony between Ying and Wei, and infirmity of interstices. Professor ZHOU Jianyang is good at treating diabetic sweat syndrome from Wei Chu Xia Jiao , and clarifies that the deficiency of primordial qi is the original pathogenesis of this disease. Based on the basic principle of nourishing primordial qi, Professor ZHOU Jianyang establishes the treatment methods of regulating lower energizer, strengthening middle energizer, removing turbidity and removing blood stasis. The curative effect is quite good. This paper selects one medical case of Professor ZHOU in the treatment of refractory diabetic sweat syndrome as evidence.
