An intelligent guidance and inspection system design method based on UML

    Abstract: Abstract Objective/significance To solve the problems of poor medical experience and great pressure on doctors and examiners because of the patients who do not understand the results and do not know the direction of the next step after receiving the test report, this paper explores the establishment of a system with the function of intelligent guidance for the examination of patients with intelligent guidance.Methods/process The questionnaire sample was made up of the patients who came to the laboratory department, and the difficulty and pain points of the patients were counted, using Enterprise Architect software and Unified Modeling Language (UML) to design the use case diagram, Unified Modeling Language diagram, deployment diagram, etc. , according to the results of the evaluation questionnaire, the intelligent guidance and inspection system was optimized. Results/conclusion The results of the questionnaire showed that more than 90% of the patients agreed with the form, usefulness, content and accuracy of the intelligent guidance system, the 542 recommendations aimed to further increase the application of AI in intelligent guidance for hospital floors, intelligent guidance for department distribution, intelligent guidance for expert registration and intelligent interpretation of report results. The design method of intelligent guidance and examination system based on UML was feasible, which improved the medical efficiency and provided a new idea for advancing the structure, intelligence and knowledge of electronic medical record and improving the medical quality.
