Motivation and Concept of Smart Medical Library Construction Based on Healthy China Perspective

  Abstract: The paper based on the “Healthy China” background, using PEST model, respectively, from the political environment, economic environment, social environment, technology environment four aspects analyzes the smart medical library construction driving factor, and propose construction idea from four dimensions, provide new ideas for the research on the relevant reference.
