Abstract: Pharmaceutical group procurement is a typical mode of centralized drug procurement in China. The coordinated development with the normal operation of national centralized procurement is of great significance to the establishment of a national drug market-oriented procurement system. By analyzing the development status of domestic drug group procurement models, it compares and analyzes the differences between national drug centralized procurement and drug group procurement from four aspects: management mechanism, price strategy, market competition, and procurement rules, focusing on regulatory mechanisms and service functions. Market competition and coordinated development, discussed the future development challenges of domestic drug group procurement, and gave corresponding development countermeasures. The research results can provide assistance for optimizing the procurement management practice of pharmaceutical groups and promoting the high-quality coordinated development of centralized procurement of drugs.
