Regulating Qi Movement for Postoperative Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Based on Professor Yin Dongfeng’s Experience with Chaihu Longmu Decoction1

  Abstract: Postoperative NSCLC causes qi-blood consumption and high recurrence risk. Professor Yin Dongfeng puts forward the theory of regulating qi movement, regarding healthy qi deficiency and qi stagnation as core pathogenesis with phlegm-stasis toxin. Four syndromes are treated with Chaihu Longmu Decoction. A medical case is presented to provide TCM reference for preventing postoperative recurrence.
