Abstract: Objective/Significance With the rapid growth of medical imaging data, traditional archiving systems can no longer meet the demands of efficient management and intelligent applications. This paper proposes an intelligent medical imaging archiving system for healthcare institutions based on a multimodal large language model, which achieves unified structured processing and semantic retrieval of medical images and textual reports through multimodal technology.
