Abstract: Purpose/Significance:STo effectively integrate existing system resources, establish a closed-loop management process for handling critical test values across the entire workflow, enhance the timeliness of critical test value processing for inpatients, and reduce the risk of clinical delays.Method/Process:SConducted research on the current critical test value handling process.Leveraging the existing information system architecture and supported by a rule repository combined with intelligent monitoring technology, a comprehensive critical test value management platform was developed, and its effectiveness was evaluated.Result/Conclusion:SThe platform integrates business data from various hospital systems and successfully establishes a standardized closed-loop process for critical laboratory values, encompassing targeted delivery, clinical confirmation, tiered handling, traceability tracking, and quantitative assessment. This has significantly improved the efficiency of critical test value processing.
