  Abstract: Purpose/Significance By constructing an evaluation system of subject analysis service indicators for hospital libraries,we explore the importance of each indicator, and propose suggestions for the development of subject analysis services in hospitals. Method/Process This article uses the AHP-DEMATEL method to construct an index evaluation model of hospital library subject analysis service,and analyzes the hierarchical structure correlation and importance of each indicator based on the index weight results and the causal relationship quadrant diagram. Result/Conclusion Librarian quality,reader satisfaction,and reader perceived usefulness are key indicators of the evaluation system for subject analysis services in hospital libraries.Therefore, we propose to pay attention to the cultivation of the librarian team, improve the construction of subject resources, and enhance reader service experience.
