Abstract: Abstract Purpose/Significance Research data governance logic and roadmap to medical artificial intelligence. Method/Process Based on the information of data science strategic planning, research projects, funded scientific projects, governance practice to AI-ready data in National Institutes of Health, use case analysis and content analysis and from the perspectives of practical measures, promotion mechanism, roadmap, to study the trends, characteristics, and experience to artificial intelligence ready data governance in National Institutes of Health. Result/Conclusion AI-ready data in Medicine is a systems engineering covering standard, data, tools, ethics, capabilities, and applications, it is necessary to integrate multiple stakeholders such as biomedical research, artificial intelligence model development, and biomedical application scenarios to promote and implement.
