Abstract: 【】Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of head deformities in infants aged 3-12 months and analyze the related factors that affect infant Positional Deformities so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical screening, intervention and prevention. Methods From August 2022 to February 2024, 521 infants aged 3-12 months were selected from the Childrens Health Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Infants were divided into normal groups (307 cases) and Positional Deformities(214 cases) according to whether there were abnormal skull shapes. The general data such as month age, gender, birth weight, BMI, high-risk factors during pregnancy (such as Gestational Diabetes Mellitus), mothers education level and babys sleeping posture were compared between the two groups. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of Positional Deformities. Results Among infants with Positional Deformities, it is more common at the age of 3-6 months, and the proportion
