  Abstract: Objective? To evaluate the efficacy and safety of continuous suture and base-ball suture in transumbilical single-port laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods? A cohort of 103 patients from Jiaxing University Affiliated Women and Children Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023; 51 cases in the observation group underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic myomectomy combined with base-ball suture, and 52 cases in the control group underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic myomectomy combined with continuous suture. The baseline feature, intraoperative condition and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups. Results? There were no significant differences between the two groups in baseline feature, estimated intraoperative blood loss, number of myomas, location of myomas, diameter of myomas, abnormal postoperative leukocyte, CRP, postoperative drainage 24 hours, postoperative antibiotic use days, postoperative complications, postoperative hospitalization days, etc.The operation time
