Abstract: Purpose/Significance The phenomenon of off-label use of antibiotics in children is frequent. The establishment of off-label evaluation system of antibiotics is of great significance to improve the management level of antibiotics in children. Method/Process Based on natural language processing technology and deep learning algorithm, an off-label evaluation system for antimicrobials was built to conduct post-structured processing of hospital electronic medical record data, and the similarity between clinical entity information and medication rules was compared to realize the deep integration of antibiotic medication evaluation and electronic medical record. Result/Conclusion This system evaluated the drug use of 37,372 children, providing an effective reference for clinicians to make decisions on antibiotic use, and meeting the requirements of hospitals for off-label administration of antibiotics in children.
