Abstract: Purpose/Significance This study aims to explore the path of building an automation model for primary healthcare institutions to address the issue of repetitive reporting. Method/Process Field research and expert consultations were conducted in primary healthcare institutions located in Dongcheng District, Beijing. Through methods such as information resource planning and data fusion and mapping techniques, the healthcare interaction and information flow in primary healthcare institutions were analyzed. The research focused on the construction path of an automated reporting model. Results/Conclusions The study identified the construction paths for collaborative business, information sharing and exchange, modeling, and the development of a multi-source data automatic mapping model and rule formulation. These findings provide a feasible reference path for achieving intelligent reporting in primary healthcare institutions.
