Abstract: Growing serious population aging and increasing demand for long-term care have put forward higher requirements on long-term care quality. However, currently effective care quality regulation system has not yet been established in china. While Germany has established a mature regulatory system, including a complete regulatory system, scientific and normative regulatory standards and activities, independent and professional third-party regulatory mechanisms, and timely quality information publicity system. By learning from Germanys experience and implications, we can explore ways to improve Chinas long-term care quality regulation system to better meet the demand of disabled individuals and improve the efficiency of long-term care fund utilization.
