Abstract: In order to flexibly carry out video dialogue and epidemic management consultation between the municipal CDC emergency command headquarters, emergency command vehicles, off-site experts and CDC command centers at all levels after the occurrence of public health events.Wuhan public health emergency command video conference system using a multipoint control unit (MCU) and high-definition video terminals, hardware and software based on SDH and wan hybrid network architecture, implemented in wuhan city CDC emergency headquarters for the intermediate node, national, provincial, city and district CDC emergency command center exchange of four linkage command and data flow, greatly improving the public health emergency command capability in wuhan city.
