• 摘要：总结周慎教授基于“阴损及阳”理论从肝肾论治迟发性运动障碍的临床经验。周慎教授认为迟发性运动障碍总病机为肝肾亏虚，虚风内动，此为迟发性运动障碍阴性阶段；若误失病机，多出现热邪郁久，内伤阴血，引动肝风，或肝阳上亢，火盛生风，或痰瘀等病理因素引动肝风，此为迟发性运动障碍阳性阶段。均以以养阴息风、柔肝定颤为治疗大法，阴阳两阶段症状都可缓解。周慎教授认为此病虽比较少见，一旦发生则迁延难愈，甚者症状不易消除，故本病宜早发现，早治疗。在治疗上主张多法并用，以平为期；重视肝肾，善用药对；针药并用，随症加减。临床疗效显著，故特此进行介绍，以冀为迟发性运动障碍的临床诊治提供借鉴。

  Abstract: Summarize Professor Zhou Shens clinical experience in treating delayed motor disorder from the perspective of liver and kidney based on the theory of Yin damage affecting Yang. Professor Zhou Shen believes that the overall pathogenesis of delayed movement disorder is deficiency of the liver and kidneys, with internal movement of deficiency wind. This is the negative stage of delayed movement disorder. If the pathogenesis is missed, it often leads to prolonged stagnation of heat pathogen, internal injury to Yin and blood, and triggering liver wind, or hyperactivity of liver Yang, excessive fire generating wind, or pathological factors such as phlegm and blood stasis triggering liver wind. This is the positive stage of delayed dyskinesia. All treatments are based on nourishing Yin and calming wind, as well as soothing the liver and stabilizing tremor. Symptoms at both the Yin and Yang stages can be alleviated. Professor Zhou Shen believes that although this disease is relatively rare, once it occurs, it is difficult to cure and even the symptoms are hard to eliminate. Therefore, this disease should be detected and treated as early as possible. In treatment, it is advocated to use multiple methods simultaneously, with a moderate approach. Pay attention to the liver and kidneys and use medicine properly. Both acupuncture and medication are used, and the dosage is adjusted according to the symptoms. The clinical efficacy is remarkable. Therefore, it is specially introduced in the hope of providing reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of delayed movement disorder.
