Research Progress on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Chemotherapy-Induced Myelosuppression in Gastrointestinal Malignancies

• 摘要：目前西医治疗化疗后骨髓抑制仍存在不足，现代研究证明中医治疗可以减轻胃肠恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制，通过阅读文献，尚未发现胃肠恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制中西医研究进展内容。本文从机制、诊断、治疗方面归纳胃肠恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制中西医研究进展。

  Abstract: At present, Western medicine still has deficiencies in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression. Modern studies have proved that Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)? treatment can alleviate chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression for gastrointestinal malignancies. Through reading literature, there is no progress in the research of TCM and Western medicine on chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression for gastrointestinal malignancies. This paper summarizes the progress of research on myelosuppression of gastrointestinal malignancies after chemotherapy from the aspects of risk factors, mechanism, Western medicine diagnosis, treatment and TCM pathogenesis, diagnosis, clinical research and mechanism research.
