Research Progress of Osteoporosis and Refracture of Adjacent Vertebrae after Percutaneous Vertebroplasty

• 摘要：骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折严重影响了患者的生活和预后,增加了社会医疗负担,虽然经皮椎体成形术或经皮椎体后凸成形术作为目前临床常用的治疗方法,取得了可靠疗效,但也出现了一些新问题,如手术后邻近椎体再骨折。如何避免该并发症对于改善患者预后及减轻社会负担具有重要意义。本文通过对相关文献分析梳理,从疾病分类和发病机制、治疗、预防措施三方面进行总结,得出术后邻近椎体再骨折与手术操作技术、年龄与体质因素及术后康复方案均密切相关,能够对制订椎体成形术后邻近椎体再骨折的疾病分类、诊疗措施和术后康复方案提供借鉴。

  Abstract: Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture has seriously affected the life and prognosis of patients and increased the social medical burden. Although percutaneous vertebroplasty or percutaneous kyphoplasty has achieved reliable results as a common clinical treatment, some new problems have also emerged, such as refracture of adjacent vertebroplasty after surgery. How to avoid this complication is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients and reduce the social burden. Based on the analysis and review of relevant literature, this paper summarizes the disease classification and pathogenesis, treatment and prevention measures, and concludes that postoperative adjacent vertebral refracture is closely related to surgical operation techniques, age and physical factors and postoperative rehabilitation programs, which can provide reference for the formulation of disease classification, diagnosis and treatment measures and postoperative rehabilitation programs of adjacent vertebral refracture after vertebroplasty.
