The Utilization of Laryngeal Mask Airway in Prone Position Surgery

• 摘要：喉罩（laryngeal mask airway，LMA）已被广泛应用于部分手术中，以取代气管插管（endotracheal tube，ETT），从而实现手术期间的通气和供氧，并提供更加舒适且创伤较小的体验。相较于ETT，LMA对患者产生较少刺激，减少了痛苦和并发症的风险。然而，在俯卧位手术中是否安全有效地使用LMA一直存在争议。随着技术不断改进和理念更新，LMA在俯卧位手术中的适应范围正在不断扩大，并需要重新评估其使用情况。本文将从优势、可行性、安全性、风险以及注意事项等方面阐述并分析了这一议题。

  Abstract: The laryngeal mask airway (LMA) has been extensively employed in various surgical procedures as a substitute for the endotracheal tube (ETT) to facilitate ventilation and oxygenation, with the aim of optimizing patient comfort and minimizing trauma. In comparison to ETT, LMA offers reduced patient stimulation and likelihood of pain and complications. However, there is an ongoing debate regarding the safe and effective utilization of LMA in prone surgery. With advancements in technology and evolving concepts, the applicability of LMA in prone surgery is expanding, necessitating comprehensive re-evaluation. This article will comprehensively examine this issue from multiple perspectives including benefits, feasibility, safety considerations, risks, and precautions.
