Research on elderly health classification and health information service optimization based on latent category analysis

• 摘要：【目的/意义】依据老年人异质性健康状态对老年人进行分类，探讨老年人健康状态的潜在类别及其影响因素，促进老年健康信息服务精准化。【方法/过程】利用中国健康与养老调查追踪（CHARLS）2018年数据，应用潜类别分析方法依据老年人健康状态进行分类，运用回归分析找出主要影响因素。【结果/结论】根据健康状况可将老年人分为四类；年龄、性别、教育水平、有无退休金成为影响老年人健康分组的显著因素。依据老年人异质性健康特征提供服务优化策略，促进老年人身心健康。

  Abstract: [Objective/Significance] The elderly were classified according to their heterogeneous health status, and the potential categories and influencing factors of their health status were discussed to promote the accuracy of health information services for the elderly. [Methods/Process] Based on the data of the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) database in 2018, the elderly were classified according to their health status by the method of latent category analysis, and the main influencing factors were identified by regression analysis. [Result/Conclusion] The elderly could be divided into four categories according to their health status. Age, sex, education level and retirement status were significant factors affecting the health grouping of the elderly. Provide service optimization strategies based on different health categories to promote physical and mental health of the elderly.
