The inter-institution scientific research management information System Design and practice

• 摘要：跨机构合作建设科研基地是新型研发机构模式的初步探索，利用管理信息系统对科研基地建设的效果、科研进展、人员状态进行动态管理，是管理好、服务好跨机构合作科研基地科研人员的有效途径。本文对跨机构科研基地管理信息系统的建设意义、设计原则、设计方案进行了探讨，并结合中国医学科学院信息管理系统（MacRP）的实践进行了具体分析，以期为国家医学科技创新体系及核心基地建设、医学健康事业发展提供支撑，为跨机构科研基地的建设管理提供经验。

  Abstract: The collaborative scientific research base between institutions primarily explores the new R&D organization model. The dynamic management of the research results, progress, and members of scientific research bases by a management information system (MIS) efficiently organizes and serves the researchers in collaborative institutes. This paper discusses the significance, design principles, and plans of the MIS for joint scientific research bases and analyzes the practice of MacRP, the MIS of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. It aims to explore the experience for the management of collaborative scientific research bases, provide support for the construction of national medical science and technology innovation system and core base, and contribute to the development of medicine and health.
