Building unified term service based on FHIR term component

• 摘要：目标：本文主要介绍FHIR标准中的术语组件,为读者学习FHIR术语组件提供了相应的参考和指导。方法：介绍FHIR标准中的术语组件以及通过术语组件构建统一术语服务的优势,明确了FHIR标准与现目前国家互联互通标准的关系,实现了在基于FHIR术语组件上构建统一术语服务的建设方法。意义：卫生信息数据元值域代码是数据采集元素最基本的标准,基于FHIR术语组件建设统一术语服务对于医疗数据的采集乃至于大数据分析挖掘都具有重要意义。

  Abstract: Objective: This article mainly introduces the terminology components in the FHIR standard, and provides the corresponding reference and guidance for readers to learn the terminology components in FHIR. Methods: Introduced the terminology components in FHIR standard and the advantages of constructing unified terminology services through terminology components, clarified the relationship between FHIR standard and current national interconnection standards, and realized the construction method of constructing unified terminology services based on FHIR terminology components. Significance: The value code of health information data element is the most basic standard of data collection elements, and the construction of unified terminology service based on Fhir terminology component is of great significance for medical data collection and even for big data analysis and mining.
