• 摘要：目的 分析我国和美国药品患者援助项目的实施方式并进行对比，为推动我国慈善捐赠的发展和完善我国医疗保障制度体系提供建议。方法 通过文献研究和对国内外患者援助平台的梳理，归纳我国与美国药品患者援助项目的实施方式，并通过对比研究发现中美的实施差异。结果 我国药品患者援助项目晚于美国30余年，与美国相比，存在实施主体单一、实施模式较为简单、覆盖药品品种少的现象。结论 建议制药企业创新药品患者项目的援助模式，结合患者群体疾病需求选择援助品种，以推进药品患者援助项目的实施从而完善我国医疗保障制度体系。

  Abstract: Objective To analyze and compare the implementation methods of the Patient Assistance Programs in China and US, and to provide recommendations for promoting the development of Chinas charitable donations and improving medical security system. Methods Through literature research and a review of domestic and foreign patient assistance platforms, the implementation methods of the Patient Assistance Programs in China and US were summarized. And through comparison, the implementation differences between China and US were concluded. Results China’s Patient Assistance Programs are later than the US more than 30 years. Compared with US, there is a single implementation subject, simpler implementation methods, and a small number of covered drugs in China. Conclusion It is recommended that pharmaceutical companies innovate the assistance models of Patient Assistance Programs, and select drugs based on the disease needs of the patient group, and to promote the implementation of Patient Assistance Programs and improve medical security system in China.
